Thank you for establishing a fund with Innovia Foundation. Every fund at Innovia has a customizable landing page. This page helps to tell your story and give donors visibility to the impact their generosity it will generate.

By providing information about your organization or fund's charitable purpose with custom text, photos, and logos in this form, we can customize your page. If requested, we will also create an 8.5X11 page flier for you to use for fundraising and sharing your landing page which includes a QR code that directs back to the landing page URL.
